Shipping
All orders that are not on pre-order are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Pre-order items are processed and shipped within 15–20 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges, no refunds.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days at plathondt@gmail.com with your order details.
- Let us know the reason for the exchange and which size/item you would prefer.
- Return the item to the address we will provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new item to you. 🌾🐂
